TRIPPING THE ABYSS

Diving down so very far
Tripping the abyss
Finding the deepest levels
No light ever shone at these depths

Searching for a way to swim beyond
Down into the caverns one finds so much
Scary yet alive with that which is undiscovered
So flowing in its own wake the beginning of time

Drifting onto further shores
Surrounded by so much beauty
A certain ecstasy is found when letting go
Saying goodbye to the conventional

Accepting the emerging differences
Embracing all that goes against the norm
Finding beauty beyond the horizon
Rolling with my own tide instead of against it

Embracing the sun warmed water
Surrounded by blue
Thoughts always lead back to you
Here we are sharing so much

It is in the daydreams of the possible
Into the night of passions flow
We find that dimension so few know
Releasing the bounds of an earthly plane

Soaring into the astral from the water below
Comes another point in time
A stop along the way to finding what is real
Somehow we arrive
In our exceptional freedom flowing on evermore
