BREAK THROUGH

Searching through the caverns
Light illuminating pressure points
Triggering the release awaiting
So long the pain buried beneath

Letting out and letting go to heal
Finding comfort in expelling past
Seeing so much clearer now truth
Depth of what was is and can be

Change of will for only myself
So much changing so fast & clear
Somehow moving past the fear
Making it through all of the tears

Reaching out to find the comfort sought
Wondering why I have to feel so wrought
How to trust so very hard to do break through
Trying to let one see into the deeper scar tissue

A time to reflect and heal in the end to feel
As I see so much change all around me to be
Intense learning curves growth pain joy cuts deep
Finding the balance and quiet space we all seek

Walls are falling down and all around
Coming into a beautiful new dimension
Crawling through all of the debris I see
So much happening as it was meant to be
